Everybody who says "you should work really hard to earn much" lies.

If a successful person tells you like that, you can easily turn around and go away.  Now let’s look at two examples. 



Let's take, as an example, a person who earns 700 $ per month and the one who earns 500 thousand $ a month. 

So, if the statement is correct, then the second person must work 14 times harder to earn the same sum. Is it all right?  But there’s only one problem - we all have just 24 hours a day.   

  As you understand, we proved that the statement isn’t correct. The only difference between these two people is a choice of working STRATEGIES.    

 For example, everybody has such relatives, friends or colleagues who are working all the time, day by day, year after year but still have almost nothing. They have a usual and cheepest car, quite small apartment while others have famous brands’ cars, cottages in luxury places of the city, and many other things. 

At the same time they don't work day long and enjoy their lives.     If you haven’t achieved yet that you want, stop and think, whether it is time to change the working STRATEGY?!

How to stay calm and confident during negotiations.

 Many people feel some kind of diffidence during negotiations; in many cases it leads to unsuccessful ending of a deal. In this article I will describe the principles which personally I use during negotiation at any scale.  1) The key reason why people worry is that they understand how poor their offer is.  Before going to someone and offer cooperation terms, I’m thinking if I can be useful for those people.
