FORM AND CONTENT. 2 brand new products.

Image
Any technical product is ALWAYS divided into 2 components:  1) CONTENT - what function it performs.   2) the FORM - in what form it is created.  Form there is an infinite number.  EXAMPLE 1: LAPTOP. - Each of you saw in the eyes of laptops, a convenient thing, it is divided into different technical characteristics + screen sizes (17 ', 15'.14', 13'.11 'etc. inches)  - It's not quite convenient, for example  to carry it you need a special bag, you can not fit it in your pocket + screen resolution, sometimes you need more, and sometimes you need less in everyday life.   - How to solve this issue?  You can create a so-called "stretch" laptop, i.e.  it will look like a rectangle 10 cm by 5 cm. You can carry it in your pocket, and when you need it, just pull it out and stretch the screen to NEED YOU size diagonally and the same with the keyboard.  -  Is it difficult to do this technically?  No, why have not you done so far?  The a

The correct STRATEGY is 97% of the RESULT.

- Wrong strategy, no matter how accurately you did not perform it, it will not lead to the result, or it will lead you after 40 years. - I realized this for a long time, that's why before I learn some skill, I spend most of the time SEARCHING myself  Effective and FAST STRATEGY in this field and only then I start to study. "I'd rather spend 3 days searching than years without learning a skill." - The strategy always decides. The METAPHOR which you will EXPLAIN: You are in (point A) and you need to get to (point B), the distance between them is 3.000 km. STRATEGY 1. Go on foot.  - Of course, boldly, a couple of months and you are there + resources for food, sleep, household necessities, etc. STRATEGY 2. Ride your bike.  - Also worthy.  A month and you are there + also resources for everything in the first paragraph. STRATEGY 3. To go by car.  - Depending on the driving style from 2 to 7 days and you are at the target. STRATEGY 4. Fly by plane.  - Ab

The amount of money you earn depends on 3 criteria.

Before you Begin to Create fundamentally new models in your business, you need at least to know what is already available, here is a small list of them: 1) Production 2) Value 3) Brokerage 4) Lease 5) Integration 6) Consulting 7) Crowdging 8) Barter 9)  Subscription 10) Format of services 11) Affiliate 12) Recommended 13) Combined 14) Auction 15) Investment 16) Free 17) Open 18) Closed 19) Innovative 20) IT 21) Recycling 22) Sponsorship 23) Speculative 24) Outsourcing 25) Multistage 26) Inventive 27) IT 28) Vending form 29) Remote 30) Provocative 31) Vector 32) Triangulation 33) Navigation 34) Model of the Augmented Reality 35)  Combine two or more of them Sometimes, in your business it's Possible to take one of these models and introduce it where no one used it, having obtained rather high results  wherein. The Simple Example:  I think you remember an example from the past when the Rolls Royce company inst

3 strategies for putting your company on the market leader's position. Examples: Netflix, unique Office Phone and e.t.c.

 1) FORMATION OF A PRINCIPALLY NEW OFFER FOR CLIENTS THROUGH CHANGE OF BUSINESS MODEL.   - Everyone heard the phrase: "If you do the same as the rest, you get identical results" but 99% of people did not understand it.  - Let's take any direction for an example and see that each of them uses a long-established model of selling services or goods.  There are 1000 real estate agencies and they all work as one using the same model and are very surprised at why they do not have sales or they are extremely low.  - Here you need to remember very accurately the following: "ANY MODEL OF BUSINESS WAS EVERYONE DEVELOED" - Models like: Crowd-hosting, brokerage service format, intermediation, installment, credit, etc.  ALL THEY WERE ESTABLISHED BY ANYONE AND DID NOT BE TAKEN FROM NOWHERE. EXAMPLE:    Previously, the rental of disks / VHS was relevant, why were these companies closed?  Because they did not rebuild their business model on time. - But here Netflix compa

Everybody who says "you should work really hard to earn much" lies.

Image
If a successful person tells you like that, you can easily turn around and go away.  Now let’s look at two examples.  Let's take, as an example, a person who earns 700 $ per month and the one who earns 500 thousand $ a month.  So, if the statement is correct, then the second person must work 14 times harder to earn the same sum. Is it all right?  But there’s only one problem - we all have just 24 hours a day.      As you understand, we proved that the statement isn’t correct. The only difference between these two people is a choice of working STRATEGIES .      For example, everybody has such relatives, friends or colleagues who are working all the time, day by day, year after year but still have almost nothing. They have a usual and cheepest car, quite small apartment while others have famous brands’ cars, cottages in luxury places of the city, and many other things.  At the same time they don't work day long and enjoy their lives.     If you haven’t a

Crowdfunding in 5 variations which you didn't know.

Image
Most people know one of the models in Business - it's Crowd Funding, as these models were used by the first companies, such as KickStarter and e.t.c.   - Remember how I said that if you just study Business models but don't know how to create and COMBINATE them, you are trapped and will never become the Leader in your business segment. -  Now see what STILL are the models that you can use in your project and in each of them, a minimum of 5-7 variations of the application.  1) CROWD SENDING. - This model is applied in one of the most banal variations abroad, when people who need to send for example a parcel to anywhere in the world (such as the postal parcel sent by FedEx and etc.) now take these parcels with them Tourists who ALREADY AND SO hundreds of thousands travel the world and fly or travel to that country and the city in which you need to send something. - A person who needs to send a parcel, negotiates with one of the tourists on a specia

How to stay calm and confident during negotiations.

Image
Many people feel some kind of diffidence during negotiations; in many cases it leads to unsuccessful ending of a deal. In this article I will describe the principles which personally I use during negotiation at any scale.  1) The key reason why people worry is that they understand how poor their offer is.  Before going to someone and offer cooperation terms, I’m thinking if I can be useful for those people. As a result, as soon as I announce my offer, clients are agree to take it.     If you are sure you are giving the best decision to people, there won’t be any worries.      - You can change an offer any time you want, so dozens of people impatiently wait to cooperate only with you.  2) Resistance in communication is a lack of trust and/or value    -   If during the negotiations people don't sign the agreement straightaway, it means one of the following things:  1. They don't trust you. 2  Or the offer you’ve made is unprofitable.      In the first case, yo

Basic principles bringing a company to the leading position of the market (LPM)

Image
The following principals consist of key frames which will give you specific reference points to bring your company to LPM among any number of competitors.  1) The competition doesn't exist.     -  You have to think over the very important question: Do clients make a choice of any company, service or products by themselves or someone made them to do such a choice? The answer is obvious. Customers make a choice without any help.   And if it is so, then the only thing that you need to do is to create the best offer in the market for your customers. For example: Nowadays nobody uses video recorders or pagers any more.  2) The scale of your business precisely reflects your map of the world.      - Your business is the reflection of your world’s view in the context of business, creating business models and skills of negotiations.     You won't be able to create an outstanding project if you have limited knowledge and strategies, as 93 % of  businessmen have.      - We ar
